Inspired by nature and the deep-rooted human desire for natural and organic forms, OCL’s Kwyet Sphere is a visual masterstroke – beautifully refined from all viewing angles.

When OCL Architectural Lighting selected us (Your Lighting Brand) as their partner to create the product launch video for their new Kwyet Sphere acoustic pendant, we were immediately drawn to the complexity of the product and its requirement to further push our team of designers to use a variety of 3D Animation tools and methodologies to bring this product to life.

OCL’s top priorities for the video were to showcase the detail of the acoustic felt fins and to highlight the product’s extensive color and form options. When we asked Brad Glotfelty, OCL’s Marketing Manager, what feeling he wanted the video to convey, he used the words “Confidence. Cool. Happy.” The YLB team was able to bring this vision to life by implementing an upbeat audio track paired with fast-paced visual cuts to help stimulate excitement both audibly and visually. Additionally, we also rendered the acoustic materials to portray a real-life, colorful felt material that accurately reflected the material’s soft, tangible characteristics. The final product far exceeded the OCL team’s expectations, and we are proud to have been part of such a fun product launch!
