Hey there fellow lighting friends. Sometimes, an application requires a special product…one that can elevate a design from good to great and can contribute instant visual interest, ambiance and artistic appeal to the space. Creatives, prepare to get creative, because today, we have the 360 Neon by NovaFlex on hand, and here is what you need to know.

The 360 Neon by NovaFlex defines a new standard for neon style lighting, but not only for traditional neon style applications…the 360 Neon was engineered to empower designers with the next generation of flexible LED illumination with an even wider range of uses.

A few of the basics about this silicon product…its available in static, tunable and RGB color options, which emit from all 360 degrees of the 1” diameter, but what makes this product so unique is the variety of mounting options available and how designers can apply this flexible luminaire to a wide range of installations.

For instance, the 360 Neon can be installed in a number of ways, such as Vertical Ceiling Suspended, Vertical Ceiling Surface, Surface Mount, Horizontal Straight Suspended, Arch Ceiling Surface or as a Circular Pendant which allows you to link rings together.

So let’s unpack these mounting options a bit because that’s where the real fun begins. With the Vertical Ceiling Suspended option, the 360 Neon resembles a traditional pendant with the added benefit of being configured into multiple lengths and being fully luminous. Additionally, the suspension cables can be removed altogether to allow the fixture to mount directly to the ceiling surface, resembling a fully luminous, 1” cylinder, and can again be specified in multiple lengths. The 360 Neon can additionally be mounted as a linear wall luminaire, and a linear suspended luminaire, but one of my favorite options is the Arch Ceiling Surface mount which allows for custom arches to protrude the ceiling plane with different or similar radii that either intersect or standalone to create truly unique patterns of light.
